I’m Lucky to spend the last 25 years playing country music in RVA! K95 and the K-Nation feels like family to me.
I love anything that puts me outside! Hiking, kayaking, bike rides, festivals. We have such a great Craft Beer town and spending some time with friends at one of our local breweries is a perfect weekend!
I am the youngest of 7 children, but by only 6 minutes. My twin sister Lisa has always been the adult in most situations!
Being a 2-time cancer survivor, including Breast cancer, I am passionate about getting women to make their health a priority. Don’t put off your mammogram – they save lives. Saved mine!
