Polar Plunge RVA

The Polar Plunge returns to Richmond to kick-off the 2023 Polar Plunge Season to benefit the Special Olympics!
Join us at Pocahontas State Park, where we’ll be strutting our stuff and taking a chilly dash down the boat ramp –all for a great cause.
Participants are invited to bring their friends and family out for a day of fun, music and food. Plungers can register right up until each event starts on event day.
