Truckin’ Thunder is a small family owned business that has been around since 1978. We are looking to expand our workforce with individuals that are enthusiastic about vehicles for work and play. Here at Truckin’ Thunder we strive to help customers find the best products for their needs, whether they are trying to accessorize their vehicle to make it look nicer or upfit their work van. We enjoy working with people to find the product that suits their needs.

Truckin’ Thunder is only open Monday through Friday which allows our employees to enjoy family time on the weekends. We offer vacation time and six paid holidays along with a retirement plan. Opportunities for growth are available. We have several people that have gone from technicians to managers.

COUNTER SALES

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with finding the product(s) that most fit their needs whether it be over the phone or in person.
  • Schedule appointments for installations.
  • Help keep daily paperwork organized.
  • Help keep showroom neat and organized.
  • Order parts for customers.
  • Assist with installs when needed.
  • Take online training sessions for products and services.
  • Receive and put away parts.
  • Work with Outside Sales Reps on projects or scheduling.

INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities

  • Install accessories and equipment into customer’s vehicles.
  • Work with Sales staff to get the customer’s vehicles upfitted the way the customer has requested.
  • Speak to customers about installations and demonstrate to the customer how to use their new equipment.
  • Assist with answering phones if needed.
  • Receive and put away parts.
  • Take online training sessions for products and services.
  • Keep the shop neat, clean, and organized.
