The 14^th annual VA Ride for Kids event will be held on Sunday, June 5^th.  Ride for Kids is one of the fundraising arms of the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, with the mission to raise money for researchers to find the cause of and cures for childhood brain tumors.
The event will be held at the Richmond Times Dispatch Print Facility in Mechanicsville (near 301 & 295) with a 50-55 police escorted ride thru Hanover and King William Counties.  The ride leaves at 10AM with lunch provided and a celebration under a big top tent to thank the participants, recognize top fund raisers, talk with kids who are in different stages of treatment and recovery.  If the kids are healthy enough and their parents agree to it, we take them on the ride in sidecars.
