OPENING CEREMONIES HAVE RECORD RATINGS _
The 2010 Winter Olympics got off to a record start, as 67.5 million viewers across the country tuned in for the opening ceremony Friday. This was the most-watched opening ceremony ever for a non-U.S. Winter Olympics. . Friday's opening ceremony averaged 32.6 million viewers.
... The opening ceremonies were also a hit in Canada, where the show averaged 13 million Canadian viewers.
...I am hooked on the Olympics, I love all the back stories and true sportsmanship.
